Privacy Policy

Beluga Company (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates Nagging App (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account (required): email, OAuth identifier (Apple ID, Google ID)
  • Onboarding (optional): name, age, gender, goal, motivation, reward
  • Usage (auto): device identifier, app usage statistics, nag delivery logs
  • Screen Time data: through Apple’s Family Controls API, we receive aggregated time spent in categories you explicitly authorize (e.g. “Social”, “Games”). We never see which specific apps you used.
  • Payment: handled exclusively by Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat. We do not store card numbers or payment instruments.

2. How We Use Information

  • Authenticate you and personalize the Service
  • Generate AI motivational messages (“nags”) tailored to your goal
  • Analyze service usage and improve the product
  • Process subscriptions and manage auto-renewal
  • Respond to support requests and resolve disputes

3. Retention

  • Account data is deleted upon account closure, except where law requires retention
  • Payment records: 5 years (Korean e-commerce law)
  • Dispute logs: 3 years (Korean e-commerce law)

4. Sharing With Third Parties

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Sub-processors

  • Supabase Inc. — data storage and authentication (AWS, USA)
  • Anthropic, PBC — AI message generation (USA)
  • RevenueCat, Inc. — subscription receipt validation (USA)
  • Apple Inc. / Google LLC — push notification delivery (APNs / FCM)

6. Screen Time Data (iOS Family Controls)

Apple’s Family Controls framework restricts our access to per-app identifiers. We only receive the category labels you authorize and the cumulative minutes spent in them. Raw app identifiers never leave your device.

7. Your Rights

  • Access, rectify, delete, or restrict processing of your data
  • Delete your account in-app or by email
  • Withdraw consent (may limit Service availability)

8. Children Under 14

The Service is not directed to children under 14. We do not knowingly collect data from them.
