Terms of Service

• AI-generated motivational messages (“nags”) personalized to your goal, motivation, and reward.
• Analysis of app-usage patterns via iOS Family Controls.
• Optional paid subscriptions for advanced features.

• You may register with Apple ID, Google account, or email.
• You must be at least 14 years old.
• You are responsible for keeping account information accurate and credentials secure.

• Payments are processed exclusively by Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Refunds follow each store’s policy. We do not directly issue refunds.
• We do not store payment instruments.

• New users receive a discounted price for 36 hours after completing onboarding.
• After 36 hours, standard pricing applies.
• Once standard pricing applies, the launch price cannot be restored.
• The window is calculated server-side and cannot be extended by changing device time.

• Do not impersonate others or misuse credentials.
• Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the Service.
• Do not interfere with other users or the operation of the Service.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.

We may modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, with reasonable notice for material changes.

• The Service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for downtime caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure, third-party outages, etc.).
• AI-generated nag messages are for motivation only and do not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice.
• You use the Service at your own discretion and risk.

You may delete your account in-app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms after reasonable notice.

All Service content (design, code, copy, characters) is owned by Beluga Company. Content you submit (goal, motivation, reward text) remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be resolved in the competent court determined by the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

We may update these Terms. We will provide at least 7 days’ notice (30 days for changes adverse to users) via in-app notice or email before they take effect.
