▸ How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. To cancel:
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Nagging App → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Play Store app → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Nagging App → Cancel.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
▸ How do I get a refund?
All payments are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds are handled by them per their policies. To request a refund:
- Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select Nagging App.
- Google: Play Store → Account → Purchase history → tap Nagging App → Request a refund.
▸ What is the 36-hour launch promotion?
New users get a discounted launch price during their first 36 hours after completing onboarding. After 36 hours, standard pricing applies. The launch window is calculated server-side and cannot be extended.
Once the window expires, the launch price cannot be restored — even if you re-install the app or cancel and re-subscribe.
▸ My nags aren't being sent. What should I do?
- Open iOS Settings → Screen Time → See All App & Website Activity and confirm Nagging App has Screen Time access.
- Open Settings → Notifications → Nagging App and make sure notifications are enabled.
- In the Nagging App settings screen, tap “Send test push” to confirm delivery is working.
- Nags only fire after sustained usage of the apps you selected. If you haven't used them recently, no nag will be sent.
▸ How is my data stored and used?
We store the goal, motivation, reward, and basic profile you enter so the AI can personalize nag messages. Screen Time data stays on-device via Apple's Family Controls framework — we only receive aggregated category-level minutes, never per-app identifiers.

▸ How do I delete my account and data?
To delete your account and all associated data, email luckylovemesaju@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will process the request within 7 business days.
▸ Does the app collect children's data?
Nagging App is not directed to users under 14. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14. If you believe a child has registered, email us and we will delete the account immediately.
▸ Which devices and OS versions are supported?
iOS 16.0 and later. Family Controls features require iOS 16+ and the user granting Screen Time permission at first launch.
▸ I lost access to my email. Can I still sign in?
Sign-in uses your email or Apple/Google account. If you lost access to your sign-in email, contact us at luckylovemesaju@gmail.com with proof of subscription (Apple/Google receipt) and we'll migrate your subscription to a new account.
